Therapy for You
If you are interested in starting therapy, please contact me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation to determine fit for services including your reasons for seeking therapy services, my style as a therapist, scheduling, finances, and next steps. I only provide individual therapy services for adolescents and adults using HIPAA compliant video-conferencing technology.
Session Fees
50 minutes sessions are $175.

Please ask me about my sliding scale services. I am able to generate a "super-bill" for you to submit to your insurance company for out of network provider coverage and possible reimbursement. I am also in compliance with the No Surprise Act and will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of your fee. The Estimate will reflect the cost of the services you requested at the time when you request for your first appointment.
Gender Affirming Care
There are many people who do not fit a particular narrative about what it means to be transgender, resulting in folx receiving subpar care and increased barriers to gender affirming care. The impact is frequently felt by people of color, indigenous communities, nonbinary people, and neurodivergent people. I believe that therapy services should always be consensual; however, the system continues to require clients to pay for services in which they may not be needing or wanting. This is not client-centered care. My goal will always be to provide client-centered care under the informed consent model. Click here to learn more.
